Employees accessing the Hub are Data Processors, responsible for ensuring the secure and lawful handling of corporate and personal data.
Processing is based on legitimate business interests, contractual obligations, and regulatory compliance.
No data is collected or shared beyond what is required for legal, ethical, and compliance purposes.
Data is retained only for the minimum duration required by law or corporate policies.
Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized in compliance with IT security policies and regulatory obligations.
CTIDL does not sell or trade employee data to third parties.
